The AI that truly knows the Moroccan market.
The same question. Three answers.
We asked ChatGPT, Claude and Yuna the exact same investment question. The general-purpose AIs search the web and approximate. Yuna relies on Moroccan market figures, which it sources and cites.
Every answer is verifiable: the link to the original conversation sits under each card.

Maybe, but not as an obvious bargain.
The 2025 figures were materially stronger: consolidated revenue reached 2.7 Bn MAD (+4%), net income rose to 516 M MAD (from 304 M MAD), gross margin improved to 27%, and net debt was about 4.4 Bn MAD with gearing around 30%. Secured revenue reached 11.7 Bn MAD, up 27% year on year.
Momentum continued into 2026: Q1 pre-sales rose to 3,018 units (from 2,908), revenue increased 5% to 758 M MAD, and secured revenue moved above 12.1 Bn MAD.
But the stock has already rerated: it trades around the mid-30s MAD, with a market cap around 14.4 Bn MAD and a trailing P/E above 40x. That is not distressed pricing, so part of the turnaround is already in the price.
Net debt rose again in Q1 2026, from about 4.4 Bn MAD at end-2025 to 4.6 Bn MAD at end-March. Addoha remains a cyclical developer, and its aggressive expansion in Morocco and West Africa adds execution risk.
Buyable as a selective entry if you believe earnings and deliveries keep compounding through 2026-2027, but not a "load up now" stock. Better to buy on weakness than chase strength.

ADH trades around 30-31 MAD, within a 52-week range of 25.01 to 44.30 MAD, near the lower end and well off its highs.
ADH underperformed both the real estate sector (+25.8%) and the broader market (+39.9%) over the past year.
Analysts forecast earnings +38.6% and revenue +28.7% per year, with EPS +40.3% annually, above the market average of 16.4%.
The technical rating is "sell", with moving averages at "strong sell" and oscillators neutral. Weekly volatility is around 5%.
The picture is mixed: attractive growth forecasts, but a clear underperformer with negative technicals. Possibly interesting as a long-term bet on the real estate recovery, with no urgency on timing. Not a financial advisor, so cross-check with a broker.
