Yuna Usage Policy
Last updated: 18 June 2026
Why this page
This page explains what Yuna does, what it does not do, and how you should read what it tells you. It supplements the General Terms of Use, which remain the reference document on the contractual level. In the event of a divergence in interpretation, the General Terms of Use prevail.
What Yuna is
Yuna is a financial analysis and information tool on the Moroccan market. It brings together market data (collective investment schemes in transferable securities (OPCVM), equities listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, rates, currencies, macroeconomic indicators) and a conversational assistant based on artificial intelligence, which answers your questions, compares funds, produces rankings and summaries, and helps you understand the market.
Yuna's mission is to make Moroccan financial information clearer and more accessible.
What the assistant does, and how to read it
The assistant can express opinions, compare funds and rank them according to objective criteria (performance, risk, fees), and answer your questions to help you understand the options that exist on the market. When it answers a guidance question, it does so as general and educational information: it informs your thinking, it does not decide for you and does not prescribe a placement suited to your personal situation. It is a decision aid, not a decision made in your place.
This information does not constitute personalised investment advice in the regulated sense, nor professional financial advice. Concretely, when Yuna gives you an opinion or a ranking, that opinion counts as a general analysis, and not as personalised advice established for your own situation within the framework of a regulated service. The decision to invest, hold or sell is yours, and you remain solely responsible for it.
Responsibility for the decision remains, in all cases, yours. If your situation is complex or if the stakes are high, it remains prudent to consult a qualified professional before deciding.
What Yuna does not do
Yuna is not an investment adviser, is not registered with the AMMC (Moroccan Capital Markets Authority) and holds no authorisation. It does not carry out the regulated service of investment advice within the meaning of Law no. 19-14.
In practice, Yuna does not manage a portfolio on your behalf, receives no mandate, does not receive your stock market orders and does not transmit them, never holds your funds or your financial instruments, and executes no transaction. It does not solicit anyone with a view to the subscription of a specific financial product, and its remuneration comes solely from its users' subscriptions: it is linked neither to the subscription of a specific product, nor to the volume of transactions you carry out. Yuna is an analysis and information tool, nothing more, and it is precisely this scope that places it outside the regulated service of investment advice.
The limits of artificial intelligence
The assistant relies on artificial intelligence models developed by third-party providers. These models produce useful responses, but they can make mistakes, present incomplete information, misinterpret a question or make an inaccurate statement. Market data, for its part, depends on external sources and may lag behind current events or contain errors.
For these reasons, Yuna's responses do not replace official sources. Before any decision that commits your money, check the information against the official documents of the relevant product, for example its regulatory documentation and its publications, and cross-check with other sources if necessary. A response phrased with confidence is not, for all that, a guarantee of accuracy.
Your responsibility
All investment carries a risk, including the total or partial loss of the capital invested. Past performance does not prejudge future performance. Before investing, take into account your financial situation, your objectives, your investment horizon and your risk tolerance.
The decisions you make on the basis of Yuna's information are your sole responsibility. Yuna cannot be held liable for the consequences of your investment decisions or for the interpretation you make of its content.
Fair use of the service
Yuna is intended for personal use. Please do not share or resell your access, do not extract the service's data on a massive scale in an automated manner, and do not seek to circumvent its technical limitations. Also avoid disclosing to the assistant any sensitive information or data that you are not entitled to dispose of. The complete rules are set out in the General Terms of Use.
Your data
The use Yuna makes of your personal data, as well as the processing of your exchanges with the assistant, are described in the Privacy Policy, compliant with Law no. 09-08. There you have rights over your data and the option to refer the matter to the CNDP.
